The dramatic topography of this site is one of its most compelling assets. Spectacular ocean views can be achieved from many locations on site, including many towards the most distant property line. The steep slopes and existing trees will be challenging to design around without disturbing natural systems such as water flow, sedimentation, and animal movements while simultaneously preserving the sipirit and beauty of the land present there today.
